C-3PO & Obi-Wan
At the start of the movie, Indie escapes from an infamous rolling boulder with a golden idol in his hands. Later, he reaches the river bank and conveniently swings across the river to reach the vine where a sea-plane was waiting for him. If you must have observed it, then you must remember the serial number of the plane – OB-CPO. It has quite subtle resembles with Obi-Wan and C-3PO.
Princess Leia & R2-D2
When Indiana and Sallah were preparing to remove the stone lid off the sarcophagus of the Ark, then the viewers were separated by the hieroglyphics wall. One such scene was depicted when Princess Leia inserted the Death Star Plans into R2-D2.

It is the reference that came at the very beginning of the movie. In this film, Indie and Willie runaway from a club in Shanghai. As car speeds past the front of the building of the nightclub, then the name of club Obi-Wan is visible to the viewers.
- Kingdom of the Crystal Skull
It is a respect to Star Wars itself. At this point in the movie, Indie uttered his classic line – “I’ve got a bad feeling about it.” This line has run in the Star Wars films multiple times by Obi-Wan, C-3PO, Princess Leia, Luke, Han Solo, and Anakin.

It is during one of the scenes on Coruscant where the camera is panning to look at the air traffic; then, one can easily spot a familiar vehicle. It is the Nazi tank from The Last Crusade.

The bullwhip is a little gem star in the movie, which can be easily spotted at the beginning of the film. It is when the main characters are still on the ice planet, Hoth. Ark of the Covenant
It is a sacred item that turns up when the heroes are in the Cloud City of the planet Bespin. While watching the film, you can quickly point out a pile of junk in the background of the incinerator room scene. In that pile, there is an iconic wooden box that the Ark placed at the end of the Raiders. The easy recognizing tip is to look for the Nazi eagle.
